Introduction
The concentrator is generally used for concentrate concentration and tailings dewatering before filtering in the concentrator. The slurry concentration can be concentrated from a thinner state to a thicker degree, from 20-30% to 40-70%. It is widely used in the concentration and purification of solid material slurry in mineral processing, coal, building materials and other industries.
Zg Peripheral Mud Scraper mainly includes steel beams, overflow weirs, transmission devices, steady flow cylinders, central mud tanks, mud drains, scrapers, mud suction devices, scum collection and discharge facilities, and power transmission and gas transmission devices.
The water to be treated enters from the inlet pipe of the central tube, flows into the sedimentation tank through the steady flow tube, and then diffuses and settles around. The clear water flows out of the overflow weir on the side of the pool, and the sediment is concentrated by the scraper to the suction port and compressed Air disturbed mixing and increased oxygen increase the activity of sludge. According to the principle of the connecting pipe, the bottom sludge is sucked into the sludge discharge tank by the water level difference, and discharged into the central tube sludge discharge pipe through the siphon. At the same time, the scum in the pool is collected by the scraper and discharged out of the pool through the slag hopper.
