Introduction
The impeller of agitation tank is driven by the motor and motor v-belt or gear motor, making the solid particles to suspend and making agent and ore pulp mixed adequately. It has four functions: ore pulp agitation, agitation storage tank, improving agitation and agent agitation. Agitation tank is suitable for ore dressing industry and can also be used in agitation of pulps from other industries.
It is composed of a driving device, a downward sweeping mixing impeller, an arc-shaped composite surface, a guide device and a pool body. With the rotation of the downward sweeping mixing impeller, the arc-shaped composite surface guiding device is located at the bottom of the mixing tank. Under the action of this device, the slurry flows in a "w"-shaped circular flow. The flow pattern is dominated by the axial direction. The mixing intensity is large, there is no dead corner in the tank, and the slurry and the agent can be fully stirred evenly.
Main Applications
It is suitable for slurry (solid particle size <1.0mm, specific gravity <4.7, concentration <70%), strong stirring without sedimentation, energy saving and electricity saving, and long service life of the stirring impeller. It is widely used in slurry preparation in mineral processing plants, hydrometallurgical plants and some light chemical industries.
