Introduction
Agitated tank is the abbreviation of mechanical agitated leaching tank, which is divided into single paddle stirring and multi paddle stirring. The tank body is cylindrical, and the bottom of the tank is spherical or flat. There is a circulation cylinder in the center, and the agitator is installed in the lower part of the circulation cylinder. The tank is usually made of carbon steel lined with acid-resistant bricks. The agitator has the form of paddle, propeller, anchor and pulley. The most commonly used propeller agitator impeller is generally made of carbon steel lined rubber. The diameter of the propeller agitator is usually taken as 0.25 to 0.35 of the tank diameter.
It is widely used in mud water purification, sewage treatment and waste water reuse in municipal, environmental protection, chemical, electric power, food, textile, mining and metallurgical industries, civil and plumbing projects. Compact structure, small size, convenient and simple operation and maintenance, especially suitable for technological transformation and expansion and land shortage areas, extremely cold areas and dry hot areas. Suitable for slurry (solid particle size <1.0mm, specific gravity <4.7, concentration <70% (mass ratio)), strong stirring without sedimentation, energy saving, and long service life of the stirring impeller.
