Introduction
The mixing tank is also known as the adjustment tank. The structure of the mixing tank is very similar to that of the flotation machine. It does not require speed adjustment, and the load characteristics are similar to those of the flotation machine. The driving motor has a passenger capacity of less than 7 kilowatts, and the filling squirrel cage type is selected. (JO). The starter generally selects a magnetic starter or automatic switch with thermal relay.
The impeller of agitation tank is driven by the motor and motor v-belt or gear motor, making the solid particles to suspend and making agent and ore pulp mixed evenly. There are four functions: ore pulp agitation, agitation storage tank, improving agitation and agent agitation. Agitation tank is suitable for ore dressing industry and can also be used in agitation of pulps from other industries.
Feature
The machine is used in CIP process and cyaniding technological process. The carbon leaching tank should be equipped with carbon screen, carbon lifting pump and other auxiliary machine. Its structural features: the impellers at the upper and lower layers are in steel plate encapsulation and connected by bolts; fine balance, easy to be changed and long service life; the spindle is divided into the upper and lower layers, which are connected by locating flange, reducing the sling height; air inflation is dispersed in various points with good gas mixing performance.
