Introduction
The linear vibrating screen uses the motor as the power source to make the material move forward in a straight line while being thrown on the screen. It can be combined with single-layer or multi-layer sieve to achieve the purpose of classification, dehydration, impurity removal and inspection; It has the functions of classification and transportation. The product has the advantages of low energy consumption, convenient maintenance, long screening capacity, low dust leakage, and long screening structure. It can be used for automatic operation in assembly line production.
Working Principle
Vibrating screen uses electric exciter as vibrating source, the material will be thrown around the screen, at the same time doing forward sports, in order to achieve the screening purpose. Material from the feeder evenly enters into the machine's feeding inlet, with multilayer sieves to produce various of products and unqualified products on the screen or under the screen, then discharging from the outlet respectively. It can be used in the automatic production line.
