5. drive reduce box with oil immerse type lubricating to reduce noise keep running stable. adopt gimbal transmission . sepate power.(optional)
6. corrugating roller, pressure roller and glue roller by pneumatic adjustment
7. carboard transmit adopt vacuum suction method, with wind control system, keep flute profiles stable of the lpwer-roller in the condition of running up.
8. bearing of corrugated and pressure roller adopt high temperature lubricate grease
9. glue parts auto supply glue circularly
10. the upper-lower corrugaing roller are made of 48 CrMo high quality alloy steel after heat-treatment. the hardness HRC 58-60 degree ,the surface be grinded.
11. the glue part surface are treated by special mesh snicked and chromeplated.
12. motorized or manual glue width dividing to match the paper width.
13. glue part can be running independently or non-independently or non- independently while stooped.
