Working principle:

Raw materials are pumped to the drying main body of the drying host through the transport pump, at the same time, the heating medium is transported to the heating sandwich of the dryer through the pipeline pump, the raw material is heated through the drying machine wall to obtain heat, and the water is gradually taken away under the action of the vacuum system to achieve the purpose of drying; in the raw material near the drying stage, in order to prevent part of the powder from being pumped out by the vacuum pump, the design adopts a special bag filter collection; the organic solvent contained in the raw material is condensed through the special condenser secondary condensation, so that the overall recovery rate reaches more than 95%.

Advantages:

The drying process is carried out under negative pressure conditions, so even if it contains organic solvent media, but the process is still very safe, and the drying speed is fast, the drying time of each batch of products is about 4 hours; the drying process is carried out under reduced pressure conditions, and the set drying temperature is relatively low, the vacuum pump is always working continuously, so the product quality is stable; the system is designed with a special bag filter, so there is no dust flying; the secondary condensing device is cooled in a large area, and the solvent recovery rate is high; the heating device can be heated with hot water, steam, and heat conduction oil The special bag filter is easy to disassemble and wash; the whole set of unit transmission components is small, and it does not work under strong load conditions, so the unit has a long service life.
