We provide the classic automatic stop-cylinder screen press with max. speed up to 4,000 sheets/hour, which can compete with world famous brand like Sakurai and SPS. And the semi-automatic and 3/4 automatic flat-bed screen press are also available for short run jobs. You can also find all necessary auxilaury machines for making the screen plate in our product range.
After equipped with various dryers and cooling systems, the production line can work out multi-color screen printing, UV spot gloss varnishing, glitter coating, scatcher card printing, decal screen printing and also a few kinds of luxurious finishing effects for the printed sheets.

JB-3000 serious is a kind of planar printing machine with large size, which can be used to printing large board, large planar glass, indoor and outdoor ornament and other material. A distinct and precise effect can be achieved through simple operation of the machine.
Features:
1. four-post lift table structure, the whole network frame, printing machinery lift up and down by four guide pillar, run smoothly, reliably
2. printing table go in and out by stepless speed regulation, precise linear guide rail is oriented, stable and no vibration, high positioning accuracy
3. screen clamping and version institution adopt the overall frame structure, stable and reliable; 3 points on edition, convenient and quick
4. instant off-screen and printing completely synchronous drive, ensure screen board in horizontal level when move back ink
5. scraping and moving back ink are controlled by air cylinder, and pressure is adjustable, ensure the printing quality
6. with suction, blowing function, printing material go in and out conveniently, ensure the color registering accuracy
7. printing, ink moving back are controlled by a portable induction switch, easy operation
8. machine is equipped with safety protection device to ensure safe operation
9. PLC program control the machine running well.
