The paper, self adhesive sticker label, nylon membrane trademark and the radium anti-fake trademark.this machine is matching with different printing machine and slitting machine, such as roll paper printing machine,flexo printing machine,screen printing machine,gravure printing machine.This machine is widely used in electronic line, adhesive product line ect.

Main Features:

This machine is insistent of Flatbed structure, servo system control the material feeding and forwarding, the photoelectric eyes track the material, unwinding-die cutting-waste discharging-sheet cutting-rewinding all are completed in one machine, all are control by PLC control system.

The RY480-5D flexo printing machine is designed with three rotary die cutting stations. The first and second stations are applicable for double side die cutting, and the third station is used for sheeting or slitting. The conveyer system can be applied in combinaton with the third die cutting station for conveying the finished products orderly.

Station for 5-color Flexo Printing Machine
1. One mounting device.
2. One anilox roller for each group (Specification is optional)

A.Video monitor can be used to inspect the image quality for high speed printing.

B. The anilox rollers are to spread ink. Our anilox roller has strong resistance to abrasion and corrosion, thus having a long lifespan. This frees users from the trouble of regularly replacing the roller. When the printing is completed, the ink roller can automatically leave away from the printed material and keep rotating at low speed so as to prevent the ink on from drying.

C. The machine is designed with three rotary die cutting stations. The first and second stations are applicable for double side die cutting, while the third station is used for sheeting or slitting.

D. The conveyer sytems can be applied in combinaiton with the third die cutting station for conveyeing the finished products orderly.

E. The computer controlled web guider is mounted in the front of printing unit to keep the material in the right position all the time.

F. The unwinding and rewinding are controlled by magnetic brake and clutch or by Mitsubishi automatic tension controller made in Japan. These devices guarantee stable and reliable rewinding and unwinding.

G. Each printing unit is equipped with an infrared dryer. You can also choose to install a UV drying device.

Power supply: 380V, 50HZ, 3 Phases

Payment terms: 30% deposit in advance, and 70% balance payment before shipment
Installation and Commissioning
If the buyer needs our engineer, we will send an engineer. But the buyer pays all the expenses including the visa, round air ticket, food and accommodation, and the salary of 80$/day for engineer during the first 7 days. After 7 days, the buyer should pay 100$/day for engineer.
Warranty
We offer one year guarantee since the installation date. If the machine needs repair during this period, we will dispatch technicians to buyer's side. The buyer should pay all the expenses including the visa, round air ticket, food and accommodation, and the salary of 80$/day for engineer during the first 7 days. After 7 days, the buyer should pay 100$/day for engineer. During the guarantee period, if the damages of the parts are caused by the quality problems, we will bear the cost of the new parts. But the freight should be paid by the buyer. Additionally, if the damages are arisen by improper use, we will not supply them for free.
