GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
Automatic corrugated board multi-color printer slotter die-cutter machine, is the must need in the paper box package industry, that is easy operation and save the labor and save the cost, and this is the most popular machines in current carton box factory.
It adopts centralized computer control and servo independent drive; it can connect to the whole plant ERP management system.
A safety emergency protection switch is set between the operation surface and the unit, and the moving button is prohibited for each unit.
The PLC program controls the servo drive to ensure the stability and reliability of the operating data.
The whole machine has multiple touch screen controls, which can store common orders, and it is more convenient and quicker to change orders.

FEEDING SECTION
The advanced feeding system adopts Lead Edge Feeder, Non-crush Feeding system Optional.
3-4 dust blowers was adopted for dust and scraps remove, with two groups of feeding brushes.
Right and Left side baffle are automatically adjustment with order management.
Quickly change device adopts for Rubber wheel, easy for replace.
Main motor with protection system, when units not close, machine will not be running.
PRINTING SECTION
Printing wheel (printing plate form wheel) phase position adjust by planet wheel, twirl 360°adjust electrically, it can stop at operation or stop. PLC control system, setups are return to zero, scrape form memory, automatic reset and phase position adjust after entering values.
Transverse movement of Printing Cylinder is ±5MM. printing surface with scale mark make hang form and distance measurement easily.
Install foot pedal control the rotate of cylinder. It is easy to change form, scrape form and pull switch so as to ensure staff safety.
Anilox roller use “Brightas” to ensure ink distribution effect and printing quality.
Rubber shaft use Taiwan Jingyang, waist drum type, good ink distribution effect and good printing quality.
SLOTTER CREASER SECTION
With single shaft type slotting, the height of box and phase position will be adjusted electrically. PLC system have automatic knife slotting, restore orders and so on functions, it makes slotting more convenience and high efficiency.
Synchronous tool apron is made of high-precision screw with a linear slide rail, which can move left and right stably and precisely so that the slotting cutter can be adjusted smoothly.
The copper folk of cutter is designed for automatically compensating gap device, which prolongs the service life of copper fork.
Multiple-spacing device is installed in case of knife collision.
Automatic inflatable paper-carving knife.
DIE CUTTER SECTION
Frequency control of Independent motor for Line Speed Compensation of Anvil Cover, which can track the line speed of Die cylinder, to make sure the upper and lower roller running at same speed.
With automatic grinding system for anvil rapid use.
Register servo Control, more precision and accurate.
Rubber mat moves from left to right. It can adjust main machine operation
FOLDER GLUER & COUNTER EJECTOR
Top printing with down folding.
Both side folding side belts independent servo control.
Main transmission belts with suction fan for accurate transmission.
Paper insert arm, paper press arm, paper holding device,
Upper suction belt with down folding for stable performance.
Whole paper holding device transmission and counter ejector belts all servo control for accurate counting and ejecting.
Top loading device for receiving and stacking boxes.
