3. TP-CR Series Flexo Printing Slotting Machine can easy combine with Inline Folder Gluer (Case Maker) and add Pre-feeder to make the whole line more efficiency, so the total line only need 3-4 people for operation.

FEEDING SECTION

1. High Voltage static dust sticking (Optional), Brush and 3-4 dust blowers, clean the impurities and dust on the sheets to improve the printing quality, at the same time, save the time for cleaning the printing plates.
2. Avoid the pressure to the cardboard, increase the cardboard strength, it helps to save the cost of raw materials, and save time to adjust the gaps, because it’s by full vacuum device.
3. Lead edge feeder with accurate feeding for all flutes and warped sheets.
4. Available for skip feed.
5. Auto zero-set for feeding position with one push button.
6. All gap adjustment is motorized control with digital display.

PRINTING SECTION

1. Segmented Vacuum adsorption to support Bend and Wrap cardboards, improved the bending resistance by 30%

SLOTTER CREASER SECTION

1. All the shafts are made of solid steel pipe, and all dynamically balanced and constructed in High quality steel, surface ground and hard chrome plating.
2. Friendly HMI touch screen interface and also push-button control to adjust the box height, panel size and axial movement easily.
3. All Creasing wheels are poly coated to protect the cardboard being damaged, and with Dual Creasing System, easy for 3-5-7 ply change.
4. All pairs of Pre-creasing, Creasing, Re-creasing, Slotting shafts are synchronous moving, with linear guiding combined with screw rod structure, smooth and stable and durable.

 
 
DIE CUTTER SECTION

1. Anvil cover Cylinder was independent control by Frequency motor, which speed can be adjusting.
2. Using direct servo drive system on die-cutting unit to effectively reduce the impact of die-cutting vibration and printing.
