General Specifications

  1. TP-CR Series open & close type flexo folder gluer is extremely productive, stable, durable and precision.
  2. This is a complete line for carton box making, which can finish cardboard feeding, printing, slotting, die-cutting, folding, gluing, counting and ejecting in one pass, more efficiency and save labor cost.
  3. The whole line need from 3-4 staffs are enough for production, and can connect with automatic strapping machine or pre-feeder.

FEEDING SECTION

  1. Lead edge feeder with accurate feeding for all flutes and warped sheets.
  2. Available for skip feed.
  3. Auto zero-set for feeding position with one push button.
  4. All gap adjustment is motorized control with digital display.
  5. Frequency inverter drive with variable suction control.

PRINTING SECTION

  1. Adopts Top print structure with Vacuum transfer, more easy for bend and wrap Cardboard. 
  2. With Printing Register servo control, reduce time for printing plate mounting.
  3. One cardboard for testing, greatly increase the production efficiency.
  4. More accurate printing registration, even after long time use.
  5. Ceramic Anilox roller as standard to increase the inking quality.
  6. Chambered doctor blade is optional when have special printing requirments.
  7. Volume can be adjusted according to cardboard size automaticaly.
  8. Auto Zero position save machine adjusting time.
  9. Surveillance system for easy check cardboard transfer status.
  10. Automatic washing system to save cleaning time.

 

 

SLOTTER CREASER SECTION

  1. 8 shaft structure, pre-creasing, big-creasing, thin-creasing, slotting.
  2. Separate shaft for pre-creaser and creaser ensures sufficient crushing and creasing.
  3. Auto zero- set for slotting knife.
  4. Slotting Register servo control.
  5. Slotting boss movements adopts linear guiding system match with ball screw, smooth movement.
  6. Slotting boss adopts opposite insert structure, stable moving.

 

 

DIE CUTTER SECTION

  1. Heavy duty die cutting cylinder.
  2. Die-cutting Register servo control.
  3. Line speed compensation frequency control.
  4. With automatic grinding system for anvil cover.

FOLDER GLUER & COUNTER EJECTOR

  1. Top printing with down folding.
  2. Both side folding side belts independent servo control.
  3. Main transmission belts with suction fan for accurate transmission.
  4. Paper insert arm, paper press arm, paper holding device,
  5. Upper suction belt with down folding for stable performance.
  6. Whole paper holding device transmission and counter ejector belts all servo control for accurate counting and ejecting.
  7. Top loading device for receiving and stacking boxes.
