Copper Clad Aluminum (CCA) Introduction
Copper-clad aluminum wire is a double-metal wire composed of an aluminum core wire and a copper layer tightly wrapped around it.
According to the volume ratio of the copper layer, it can be divided into two types: 10% and 15%, their densities are 3.32g/mm3 and 3.63g/mm3 respectively, and the DC resistivity at 20°C is <0.027432mm2/m and <0.0267692mm2 respectively /m.
According to the mechanical properties, it can be divided into two types: soft state (A) and hard state (H).
Acceptance criteria for copper clad aluminum wire:
At present, copper-clad aluminum is produced and inspected according to the SJ/T 11223-2000 copper-clad aluminum wire standard. If the customer has special requirements, I can also formulate special production methods according to the customer's requirements.

Materials and Manufacturing
The copper-clad aluminum wire shall consist of an aluminum core and a continuous copper layer on the outside, and the copper layer shall be fully combined with the core wire. The quality of copper-clad aluminum wire should meet the requirements of this standard.
Dimensional quality
The size of the copper-clad aluminum wire should be indicated by the wire diameter in inches, and its decimal point is accurate to 0.0001 inch (0.003 mm). Wire diameters shall not vary by more than ±0.0001 inches (±0.003 mm) from the specified diameter for wire diameters up to 0.0100 inches (0.254 mm), and wire diameters shall not vary by more than 0.01130 inches (0.254 mm) and greater ±1% of stated diameter, dimensions expressed to the nearest 0.0001 inch (0.003 mm).
