How to install bvv wire
1. When installing the cable terminal head, the semiconductor electrical shielding layer must be stripped off, and the insulation must not be damaged during operation. Uneven knife marks should be avoided, and smoothed with sandpaper if necessary; the shielding end should be flat, and the graphite layer (carbon particles) should be removed.
2. The copper tape shielding layer and the steel armor at the end of the plastic insulated cable must be well grounded, and the short circuit should also follow this principle to avoid the induced electromotive force at the end of the steel armor during three-phase unbalanced operation, and even accidents such as "fire" and burning the sheath . The ground lead requires our tinned braided copper wire, which is ferrochrome soldered to the cable's copper tape. Sealing the wires with a blowtorch is not recommended as it may burn the insulation.
3. The three-phase copper tape shield should be connected to the ground wire respectively. Note that the shielded ground wire and armored ground wire should be drawn separately and insulated from each other. The location of the soldered ground wire should be as low as possible.
