Introduction:
HY-350 Digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detector has Chinese touch keyboard, intuitive and easy to remember, full Chinese tip and graphics display of operating process, can be mastered after simple training.
Instrument and probe performance of HY350 type digital ultrasonic flaw detector are automatic measurement, instrument calibration is automatic, thickness and material sound velocity can be measured, suitable for manual detection of irregular parts such as stamping parts, forging, and die.
Features:
1. Chinese touch keyboard, intuitive and easy to remember, full Chinese tip and graphics display of operating process, can be mastered after simple training.
2. Automatic instrument and probe performance measurement are automatic, instrument calibration is automatic, can measure thickness and material sound velocity.
3. Ten independent flaw detecting channels (electronic switch)
4. According to actual workpiece (e.g., weld, forgings, castings, tubes and pipes, sheet material, axle, wheel, small pipe diameter, etc.) to generate a custom flaw detection process, no need test block for on-site flaw detection.
5. DAC, AVG, dB DAC Curve are automatically generated, sampling points are not restricted, can be compensated and corrected, curve is automatic floating with gain, automatic extension with sonic path distance.
6. Real-time display of flaw echoes (horizontal, vertical, distance, dB equivalent value), and weld profile display.
7. Advancing wave door, wave loss door, DAC voice alarm, door position, door width and door height can be adjusted.
8. Peak memory, envelope function, more easily for searching the highest waveform.
