Description:
Durable computer control hard winder used for cone to cone hard package,shuttle loom,warper,hosiery machine.The winding speed is controlled by computer,max:1100m/minute.It has easy adjusting radial anti patterning system.The advanced yarn clearing and tension system with photoelectric yarn detecting can avoid knotting and twisting for yarn.Precise and senstive speed testing system can ensure even winding length(weight).The electric turning waxing machine can ensure the waxing quatity and evenness.It's quite suitable for winding yarn of cotton,flax,silk,chemical fiber.
Machine Application:
1. Winding combined diversification,can change into soft widing,convinent for users to choose.
2. Yarn passageway using alumina ceramic design,don't damage yarn.
3. Operation platform divide into single side and double side,it can choose decide to machine type and area.
4. Spring holder pressure balance system will ensure winding density equably.
