SINKER SYSTEM
Flat knitting machine for knitting needle movement in the rise and fall with the regularity of the moment,to achieve the stitch transfer,stitch press off,stitch knit,stitch tuck such as knitting effects,need to help latch needle from sinker to complete,improve weaving capacity. Sinker control systems allow sinker functions to be adjusted.
YARN TRANSPORTATION DEVICE
The yarn transportation device is installed between the yarn bucket and the knitting system, greatly improving the uneven tension caused by an excessively long yarn journey. If the yarn is sued up or breaks for any reason, the sensor in the yarn transportation device will alarm and the machine will stop working. This prevents broken yarn from entering the knitting area, making yarn connections easier, and avoiding fabric quality issues.
POWER FAILURER PROTECTION
With power failure protection, the machine can automatically memorize the data upon power failure and recover the data when power is restored, allowing the machine to continue the pending work according to the programmed patterns, avoiding yarn waste and saving time without compromising fabric quality.
EMERGENCY SWITCH
Upon emergency or when doing maintenance such as yarn going through,needle changing and residue cleaning,this switch allows the machine to stop working under a locked status,no need to disconnect the main power.In this way,the data of the machine is properly kept and accidents can be avoided,which ensure the safety of both operator and machine.
CONTINUOUS KNITTING
The machine has the function of continuous knitting. Different patterns can be woven circularly.
