Stainless Steel Butt Welding Fitting (Elbow Cap Reducer Tee Cross Stub Ends Saddle)
A seamless stainless steel pipe is a type of pipe made from stainless steel that is produced without any welding or joints. It is manufactured using a process called seamless pipe manufacturing, which involves extruding a solid cylindrical billet of stainless steel through a piercing rod to create a hollow tube.
High Temperature Resistance: Stainless steel has excellent high-temperature resistance, making seamless stainless steel pipes suitable for applications that involve conveying hot fluids or operating in high-temperature environments.
Versatility: Seamless stainless steel pipes have a wide range of applications across various industries. They are commonly used in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, automotive, and construction.
The standard butt welding fittings can be furnished in various forms covering elbow (90°, 45°, long radius, short radius, 3D radius, reducing), 180° return (long radius,short radius), tee & cross (straight or reducing), lap joint stub end (long pattern , short pattern), cap, reducer (concentric or eccentric). The wall thickness of the fitting is often specified by a schedule number, which is a dimensionless number that is widely used as a convenient designation for use in ordering pipe and fittings. These schedule numbers are generally specified in ASME B36.10M and ASME B36.19M.
