The center self-positioning sealing valve seat structure design combined with the independent valve seat compensation seal, the valve seat wear is effectively compensated, and the friction force at the time of sealing is reduced, the valve and the operation force are greatly reduced, thereby effectively improving the control precision of the butterfly valve. . This series of butterfly valve seals have a long service life and excellent sealing performance. It is suitable for the adjustment and cutting of dry general corrosive gas liquid medium.

Feature 

1. Double eccentric structure is adopted. When closed, the valve plate expands outward to achieve the best peripheral sealing state; when opened, the valve plate and the sealing ring are quickly disengaged, effectively preventing the sealing ring from being worn; thus, the operating torque is reduced and the operating torque is increased. 2. The sealing ring has novel design and adopts the internationally advanced technology: the PTFE seal adopts the “lip-tooth” self-sealing structure; the hard seal adopts the “U”-shaped elastic seal. The sealing structure has a long service life and is reliable. As for the case of using a soft seal, and under what circumstances a hard seal is used, it is mainly determined by the user's requirements, working conditions and corrosion resistance requirements.
