Product introduction:
Salt spray corrosion test chamber by evaluating the salt spray corrosion ability of the material and its protective layer, and comparing with the process quality of the similar protective layer, the surface treatment of a variety of materials, including coating, electroplating, organic and inorganic skin film, anodic treatment, anti-rust oil and other anti-corrosion treatment, to test the corrosion resistance of its products. Application Industry:
Salt spray chamber is mainly artificial simulation of corrosion standard environment, used to test long-term corrosive environment in the material or surface coating corrosion resistance.Salt spray test chamber widely used in hardware, electroplating, electronics, chemicals, automotive, aviation, coatings, wire and cable, circuit boards, communications and other industries.
Chamber Structure:
1. Salt spray test machine cover is made of transparent materials so that the operator can see the tested sample in the chamber and the spraying situation of the tested sample .
2. A waterproof structure is adopted between the chamber cover and chamber body and thus there is no salt spray overflow .
3. Adopts the tower spraying system and equipped with the salt solution filter system and non-crystal nozzle so as to realize even salt spray distribution and freely adjustable settlement .
