Product Description
Induction hardening of guide rail is a heat treatment process to improve the hardness and wear resistance of linear guide rail. The repeatability and controllability of induction hardening make the entire rail heat treatment process more automated. Heat preservation and casting of virtually all metals and materials for processing, including, gray and ductile iron, steel, copper and copper-based alloys, aluminum, zinc, active metals, precious metals, silicon and graphite induction heating, and many other special induction applications.
Application
A. Heating (hot forging, hot fitting and smelting):
