Scope of application:

Applicable to the TUV, VDE, UL contour flexible cable repeatedly u-shaped bend bend fatigue test, need continuous bending high-speed movement of applications, such as its wiring machine, high-speed cable drag chain system, the machine moving parts connecting cable, machine internal wiring and industrial cable drag chain, industrial robots, the repeated bending of the cable bending fatigue test.

The function of this machine is designed to be synchronous double-track operation with independent test parameter setting and identification of test data acquisition and test results. It improved the efficiency of the experiment and reduced the energy.

It is mainly used to detect whether the flexible cable is driven by the drag chain, and whether the short-circuit or insulating sheath is cracked, broken or other abnormal phenomenon after repeated high-speed u-bend test. The performance of the metal conductor in the repeated high-speed u-bend test is tested and the defects are highlighted.
