Scope of application:
Suitable for installation in fixed wing propeller aircraft, fixed-wing turbo jets, turbofan aircraft and helicopter equipment, flammability and fire resistance testing.

Main features:
3.1 The laboratory can force ventilation and forced cooling ventilation, which can generate enough air flow to exhaust gas and smoke;

Main parameters:
4.1 instrument composition: the equipment is open structure. It consists of standard flame burner, coal oil storage tank, tank pressure device, thermocouple temperature measurement system, automatic control system and data collection and processing, etc.
4.2 standard flame burner:
4.2.1 Burner: for liquid fuel burner, a flame nozzle with flame diffuser, flame intensity adjustable, the geometry specification of diffuser and flame outlet;
4.2.2 The gun burner with extension tube is used with kerosene (see figure 26-16). Adjust fuel flow and air to achieve the desired flame characteristics;

4.2.3 Flame temperature:
4.2.3.1 Temperature measurement thermocouple: the surface temperature of the sample can be monitored in real time, the material is Ni-Cr or Ni- Al, and the diameter of the sensor is 0.6mm~ 1.0mm. The outer diameter is no more than 3mm;
4.2.3.2. Temperature measurement of burner: using the rake-type thermocouple component measurement, the channel number is no less than 7, and the thermocouple is 100mm from the burner;
4.2.3.3 Burner temperature of 1100 ° C + 80 ° C. Temperature data is obtained at least every 30 seconds during the test period to ensure steady state conditions.
4.3 flame intensity (heat flow density measuring device) :
4.3.1 Heat flow density measuring device: composed of water cooled copper tube, thermocouple, flowmeter, regulating valve, low thermal conductivity material and burner; See figures 5 and 6
4.3.2 water-cooled copper tube: 380 mm long, 12 ~ 13 mm diameter, before the test before calibration, using high quality steel cotton to clean copper pipe, copper pipe inside the cooling water flow rate is adjustable, geometric sizes and installation specifications as shown in figure 5, figure 6;
4.3.3 Thermocouple: water temperature before and after measurement;
4.3.4 Flowmeter and regulating valve: the water flow rate of the regulating pipe is at least 500lb/HR;
4.3.5 The water temperature provided shall be between 10C and 21C;
4.3.6 The pipeline at both ends of low thermal conductivity material;
4.3.7 Burner: flame heat of more than 4,500Btu/HR for copper tube;
4.3.8 Burner heat transfer to the heat transfer copper tube and three minutes of heating to ensure the condition is stable. Then record the inlet and outlet water temperature at least every 30 seconds. To ensure that the minimum requirements are met when performing the calculation;
V4.3.9 standard density of heat flow measurement device, the device thermal conversion copper tube resistant to combustion temperature of 1200 ℃;
4.3.10 flame blowtorch can work continuously for 30min, and the time interval between two continuous working hours is less than 1h;
4.3.11 flame burner flames should be able to reach 1100 ℃ + 1100 ℃;
