Meridian Salt Spray Machine is used for testing the corrosion resistance of metal surface finishing. These metal products include paint coating, electroplating, anodizing, and etc, which are exposed to a fog of salt solution. This quick and reliable test is used in a wide field of applications like painting, metal surface coatings, electronic parts and etc. The entire system is made of high quality PVC combined with other anti-corrosive materials. This guarantees a corrosion resistant, long life and perfect seal.
Structure:
1. The Salt Spray and Salt Fog Corrosion Test Chamber cover is made of transparent materials so that the operator can see the tested sample in the chamber and the spraying situation of the tested sample.
2. A waterproof structure is adopted between the chamber cover and chamber body and thus there is no salt spray overflow.
3. Adopts the tower spraying system and equipped with the salt solution filter system and non-crystal nozzle so as to realize even salt spray distribution and freely adjustable settlement.
Control System:
High precision P.I.D.temperature control meter with its error ±0.1°C.
Salt Spray Tester Characteristics:
1. LCD display and a pid controller or touch screen programmable controller.
2. Entire PVC sheet material, the internal ring with the use of advanced three-dimensional flutter high technology products, strong structure, fresh, never deformation and acid and alkali, high temperature and never aging, for salt spray, copper acetate, and other test specifications.
