Touch Screen Salt Spray Testing Services / 270L Salt Spray Test Machine
Description:
Salt spray test chamber adapted to the surface treatment of various materials, including paint, electroplating, organic and inorganic coating, anode processing, antirust oil and so on, after these anti-corrosive treatment to test the corrosion resistance of their products.Usually, the bottom shelf will hold a row of cans, then moving upwards a row of PET bottles. Next, 2 shelves of chocolate or snacks and finally, 2 shelves of crisps.
Uses:
This machine has a standardized test method to check corrosion resistence of coated samples. Salt spray test is an accelerated corrosion test that produces a corrosive attack to the coated samples in order to predict its suitability in use as a protective finish. The appearance of corrosion products (oxides) is evaluated after a period of time. Test duration depends on the corrosion resistance of the coating; the more corrosion resistant the coating is, the longer the period in testing without showing signs of corrosion. Different coatings have different behaviour in salt spray test and consequently, test duration will differ from one type of coating to another.
Salt Spray Test Chamber Material:
1) Laboratory using PVC sheet, thickness 5 mm, the temperature reaches 80 degree Celsius;
2) Laboratory closure with high impact acrylic sheet, 6 mm thick;
3) Supplementary bottles of reagents attached to the water level perspective with hidden windows, clean easy, not easy to break;
4) Saturated air barrel using SUS #304 stainless steel barrel high pressure barrel insulation is best;
5) Laboratory basketball adopt flat indexing frame, adjustable angle, surrounded by mist side down exactly the same place the large number of test pieces.
