Product description:
During the drying process, cold air is drawn into the drying chamber by a circulation fan and flows through an electric heater (or oil/gas burner) placed inside the air channels to obtain the required temperature. With the help of an air distributor, the hot air flows evenly through each layer of product for heat transfer and carries away evaporated moisture. Most of the moist air flows back to the circulation fan for the next drying cycle, while some of the moist air is exhausted to save energy. When drying is complete, the chamber door is opened and the trolley is pulled out for unloading. The diagram below will show you how it works.
Presentation:
1. The CT drying oven is low noise, with a vertical high temperature axial fan and automatic temperature control system, all circulation systems are closed, making the oven 3-7% more thermally efficient from the traditional 35-45%, up to 50% thermal efficiency.
2. The whole oven we can do stainless steel, carbon steel and contact material part of stainless steel. It is suitable for heating, dehydration and drying of materials in medicine, chemical industry, food, agricultural products, aquaculture, textile and heavy industry. For example: raw medicine, Chinese medicine tablets, granules, packaging bottles, dehydrated vegetables, fruits, sausages, electrical components, etc. 3. 3. The heating source can be electric or gas according to the needs of different customers.
Features:
Most of the heat of CT-C series thermal circulation dryer is circulated in the dryer, so it has high efficiency and low energy consumption. The dryer is equipped with an adjustable air distribution plate for better ventilation between materials. It features low noise, stable and reliable operation, easy installation and maintenance, automatic temperature control, etc.

This machine is widely used in various industries for drying materials, accelerating solidification and dehydration. The materials can be medicinal materials, fruits, granules, medicinal vegetables, electronic chips and baking paint.
