Juice and pulp filling production line

Production, orange juice filling production, while replacing a small number of components, can be used in pure water filling raw line, mineral water filling production line. The output is 4000-24000 bottles per hour, which can be selected by users. The fruit juice beverage equipment adopts the advanced micro-negative pressure gravity filling principle. It fills quickly, steadily and accurately. It has a perfect material reflux system. It can also realize the independent reflux without contacting with the material and reduce the secondary pollution and oxidation of the material.

Performance characteristics of fruit juice and pulp filling production line

1. Air feeding device is used for bottle feeding, and hanging clamp bottleneck mode is used for bottle feeding. The speed of bottle feeding is fast and the bottle will not be deformed.

2. The advanced bottleneck technology is used to flush the bottle mouth of the small juice beverage production line. It avoids contact with the thread mouth. It is more sanitary. The bottle is transported by the bottleneck technology. The bottle shape does not need to be changed without adjusting the height. It only needs to change the guard plate related to the diameter of the bottle body.

3. Valve lifting technology is adopted in filling, and new micro-pressure filling principle is adopted in filling valve, which is accurate in quantity.

4. The screwdriver cap adopts the screwdriver cap technology imported from France. The capper is installed at a low position, and the cap is delivered horizontally.

1. PLC automatically completes the whole process control of the three-in-one filling machine from bottle entry to bottle exit.

2. Using touch screen operation, production speed, class output count, fault category, fault occurrence point and so on are displayed on the screen. It can also automatically count the time of failure and the type of failure.
