The K series pneumatic vibrator, also known as a steel ball vibrator or steel ball vibrator, is designed in a ball type construction. The housing of this vibrator is made of rust proof aluminum. It is equipped with hardened steel raceways and steel balls that can roll.

At both ends of the K series vibrator housing, there are special nylon end caps, used to locate steel tracks and steel balls, while preventing dust and water from entering. This means that the K series ball vibrator can work efficiently in challenging environments such as dust and moisture.

The inlet and outlet of the ball vibrator have standard pipe threads, enabling the exhaust to be directed out through the pipeline, ensuring uninterrupted exhaust. There are four mounting holes located at different positions on this machine, two being horizontal and two being vertical, to accommodate various installation positions.

The operational principle of the K series ball vibrator is that compressed air is used to drive the internal steel balls (rollers) to rotate and produce a regular vibration.
