The Norgren air source filters come in two models: F72G-2GN-AT3 and F64G-NN-AD3. The F72G-2GN-AT3 has a pressure regulating range of 10MPa, maximum operating pressure of 1.6MPa, and 1/2mm diameter. It is recommended to use 5% oil and 1% aluminum alloy material. The F64G-NNN-AD3 has a filtration area of 40 μm, automatic drain type, G 3/8 port connection, maximum operating pressure of 17 bar, and maximum flow rate of 75 dm³/s2.
The filter element material of the Norcrown gas source filter is typically polypropylene with a zinc alloy main material and aluminum collection cylinder. It has an angular observation hole that improves filtration efficiency and prevents detachment under pressure.
The Norcrown gas source filter consists of a housing, multi-element filter element, backwash mechanism, and differential pressure controller.
