Pneumatic PU Tube is a type of thermoplastic elastomer, with excellent flexibility, anti-abrasion and high elasticity. It is made of polyurethane material, which has a weight of 2.7kg per 100m, and can resist a working temperature from -20 to 70℃. Pneumatic PU Tube is available in blue, black, orange and clear colors, making it ideal for a wide range of pneumatic applications.
The plastic polyurethane material of the product conforms to the ROHS envronment protection requrement, and it has a high degree of elasticity. The small bend radius of the Pu-tube enables it to pass through tight spaces. Also, there is an improved anti-knot effect compared to other plastic tubes, and there is excellent flexibility to allow for repeated expansion. The product also has an anti-abrasion capability, ensuring a long working life and it is suitable for us in environments which a prone to wear.
The product also has the low permeability of gas, which can relieve the problems of leakage and pollution. Moreover, it has a good anti-solubility, which means no solvent leaks and won't pollute the environment. It has low compression, which maintains the excellent physical character. Lastly, it has a wide resistance to chemicals, water, fuel, oil and bacterium.
