Following industry requests for a range of lightweight, grease free, high performance metal fittings, our R&D engineers have provided the perfect answer. Our popular KQG/KFG and KQB metal fittings ranges have been redesigned to include some missing options and are now more compact, light and durable. These new fittings, known as the KQG2 Series, feature stainless steel 316 construction and are up to 30% smaller and 62% lighter than their predecessors, with 17 models in total.
The KQG2 fittings have a breath of applications, including ones requiring superior heat, corrosion and chemical resistance. These fittings can be used with a variety of tube diameters from 3.2mm up to 16mm. Moreover, the addition of two new tube sizes provide operational temperatures from -65ºC to 260ºC when selected without a sealing thread agent.
Adding further to the range, Series KFG2 is a stainless steel 316 insert type fitting, now increased from 5 to 9 model options. Up to 44% smaller and 37% lighter than the old KFG range, NPT threads and the addition of a 16mm tube size offer flexible application options. With sleeveless sealing, maintenance has been made easier.
Our metal fitting range is complete with the Series KQB2 brass option. Similarly up to 30% smaller and 62% lighter than previous models, this range has been extended from 9 to 17 models with both NPT and G thread options. Electroless nickel plating has been applied to all brass parts to ensure the sustainability of the fittings over time.
SMC's KQG2T04-00 Pneumatic Tee Fitting is a one-touch pipe fitting designed for quick connection and disconnection of air and liquid pipes, with a shape of tee. It is made of SS316, and its temperature range is from -25°C to 150°C. This product is certified by CE, and the minimum order quantity is 20. The price can be negotiated based on the quantity and delivery time is 1-7 work days after payment. Payment terms include T/T, Western Union and Paypal. SMC can supply up to 5000 pieces of this pneumatic tee fitting per month.

One year quality guarantee Policy We will check the goods quality before shipment. If there are some unexpected problems
happen, we hope to solve the problems with buyer through friendly in the following ways:
1, If it is quality problem, buyer can submit argue within 15days after receiving the goods, buyer must provide photos or video and other evidence to seller for identify.
2, Man-made damaged, buyers take full responsibility.
3, Product quality processing program:
1) The buyer return the products for bad quality reasons for one year (not included those damages coursed by shipping or Man-made damaged ).
A 15% restocking fee is assessed for any products returned in "used" condition. And then we will send a new
product to buyer and pay for the resend shipping cost.
2) If the goods (total price including shipping is less than 10USD) has quality problems, we will resend a new product in buyer next order; if buyer don't plan to make a new order in the near term, buyer can pay the resend shipping cost and ask to resend a new product. If there is an issue with the products, please contact us– we will solve it as soon as we get.
