The SMC KQG2 series of stainless steel one-touch pneumatic fittings provide engineers with reliable performance and excellent protection against corrosion, chemicals and high temperatures. These high-performance fittings offer a wide range of benefits, including its tiny size. 30% smaller and 62% lighter than traditional fittings, these fittings have a compact design that makes them suitable for use with tubing diameters range from 3.2mm to 16mm.
What's more, its practicality surpasses its size. The KQG2 series is multifunctional and capable of withstanding a range of air, water and steam operating systems. With an operating pressure range of (-100kPa to 1MPa) and temperature conditions of (-5°C to +150°C), the KQG2 series is extremely versatile and can be easily used in a range of applications. Additionally, these fittings are manufactured from SUS316 stainless steel which is higher grade than SUS304 stainless steel, giving them superior pitting and corrosion resistance, especially in chloride environments.
This product is significantly smaller and lighter than the KQGL06-01S - approximately 30% shorter and 62% lighter. Its metal components are made from stainless steel 316, as well as its seal parts from special FKM. It is suitable for a broad range of tubing materials, including FEP, PFA, nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane and polyolefin, and can be used in temperature ranges of -5 to 150°c.
In addition, being grease-free means that it can be employed with steam too.
