Rated for operating pressures ranging from (-100kPa to 1MPa) and temperatures (-5°C to +150°C), these stainless steel fittings are made from SUS316 stainless steel, which is a higher grade than the standard SUS304. SUS316 has superior pitting and corrosion resistance, especially in chloride-rich environments.
This product is incredibly space-saving and light weight, with approximately 30% shorter dimensions and about 62% lighter than the KQGL06-01S. It is fabricated from stainless steel 316 for the metal components ensuring long-term use, while special FKM was chosen for the sealing elements. This makes it suitable to be used with an extensive range of tubing material, including FEP, PFA, nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane and polyolefin, all while it is able to resist temperatures from -5 to 150°c - making it ideal for a multitude of applications. Additionally, it is grease-free; making it appropriate for use in situations requiring steam.
