The 200 SERIES is a range of diaphragm valve suitable for Dust collector applications,in particular for reverse pulse jet filter cleaning of filter bags cartridges envelope filters,ceramic filters and sintered metal fibre filters. The 200Series valve has the inlet port at 900 to the outlet port. The 200Series range comprises 7 models from 3/4" to 3"
all with threaded female gas connections.
The 200 Series is available in the following versions:
• VNP,with integrated solenoid pilot
• VEM,with remote pneumatic connection.

K3502 M1591 CA35 RCA35 Goyen Type Diaphragm Repair Kit
This is K3502 M1591 buna diaphragm kit, used in Goyen 1 1/2" CA35T, RCA35T, CA40DD, RCA40DD, CA40MM, RCA40MM diaphragm valves. One set of K3502 M1591 diaphragm kit includes one buna seat buna diaphragm and one small stainless steel spring. The diaphragm is the key component in diaphragm pulse jet valves. It is one of the fittings for the normal operation of the valve body and the "switch" of the injection air circuit of the dust cleaning system of the pulse bag filter. It can easily ensure complete synchronization with other control components to control the injection of pulsed compressed air. So the tightness and softness of the diaphragm play a decisive role in the blowing effect of the pulse valve.
