Our customer service staff advises customers about day-to-day inquires, special requests and protects. Our marketing team continually finds better ways to serve our customers. The order process is improved as we find more efficient and accurate ways to receive, place and process orders. To meet with customers face-to-face, we exhibit in some major tradeshows. Our sales force travels to meet customers in their locations.
