The Door leaf consists of 53 mm thick fireproof perlite board as infilling and galvanized steel plate with thickness of no less than 0.8mm as cover. The door frame adopts galvanized steel plate with thickness of no less than 1.2mm. Hardware fitting backboard adopts ordinary steel plate with thickness of no less than 3.0mm. And the surface treatment is finished, powder coated, heat transfer printing or copperdrawing process. Besides, we have different colors for your choice to get in harmony with your decoration style and all of our fire doors can be customized as your request.

* Door face sheets are joined at the vertical edges by a continuous weld extending the full
height of the door. Both available with no visible seams on vertical edges or seamless.
* Edge bends can be true and straight or minimum 1/8” beveled at edges corners.
* The top and bottom edges are closed with a continuous steel channel, not less than 0.053
in. (1.3 mm) thickness, welded to both face sheets.
