High Temperature Magnesia Spinel Bricks For Ladle Castable And Cement Rotary Kiln
As is known to us, magnesia spinel brick is an important refractory material, it is made from magnesia and synthetic magnesia aluminum spinel. We usually call magnesia spinel bricks or periclase spinel bricks for magnesia alumina spinel brick made from magnesia and spinel. The refractory brick for sale is very popular, why? Because magnesia spinel brick with good thermal stability, low thermal expansion, high melting point and stable chemical properties, and strong resistance to alkaline slag.
Magnesia Spinel brick Application
Magnesia spinel bricks, as the most important refractory materials, usually used in steel smelting, transition zone of cement rotary kilns, glass industrial furnaces and lime kilns. The service life of magnesia spinel bricks in the cooling zone and transition zone of the kilns is twice that of magnesia chrome bricks. But to be frank, about the corrosion resistance, magnesia spinel bricks are not so good as direct combination of magnesia chrome bricks.
The applications of magnesia spinel bricks with two aspects. First, magnesia spinel bricks are used to make ladle castable, which can greatly improve the erosion resistance of steel linings. The preparation of high-quality pre-synthesized spinel provides new raw materials for the production of unshaped and shaped high-purity refractories. Second, Magnesium spinel brick used in cement rotary kiln instead of magnesia chrome brick, which not only avoids chrome pollution, but also has good anti-flaking characteristics.
