Answer: Yes, SM15 optical biometric fingerprint reader support read and wrtie fingerprint template . If you need, you can extract the fingerprint templates from SM15 by the read template command and wrtie fingerprint template into the SM15 from other place by write template command.
3. Does the SM15 optical biometric fingerprint reader's template data compatible with other manufacturer's fingerprint template data?
Answer: No. SM15 optical biometric fingerprint reader support CAMABIO fingerprint template format only, it do not compatible with other manufacturer's fingerprint template format.
4. What should we do if we need more than 3,000 fingerprint users ?
Answer: We suggest you to build a server system by our CAMA-2000 Desktop USB fingerprint scanner and store the fingerprint templates on the server. And the device with SM15 only for capture fingerprint and transfer the fingerprint template to server to do verification and then return the result to device
