Stainless Steel Woven Wire Mesh
Plain weave stainless steel wire mesh/cloth is kind of square weave wire mesh, it is the most widely wire mesh used in the industries. The wire mesh is manufactured by weaving machines, after 13 whole weaving process, the mesh surface flatness would be better. For plain weave wire mesh,wire diameters of warp and weft wire are of equal size, and each warp wire passes alternately over and under each weft wire running horizontally through the cloth at 90 degree angles.
80 mesh plain weave stainless steel wire mesh including 80 wires and openings of 1 inch. Using 0.09-0.13mm diameter wire, by plain weaving, woven 80 mesh opening for 0.1-0.2mm solid particles , it can also be used as a liquid or gas fine filter material. This wire diameter and mesh with ratio reasonable, therefore weave structure is very strong. After 13 whole weaving process, so that the mesh surface flatness better. In general, higher than 80 for the mesh is known as a high mesh. Less than 80 purpose called coarse mesh.
Materials: SS201, SS202; SS301, SS302, SS304, SS304L, SS309, SS309S, SS310, SS310S, SS316, SS316L, SS321; SS410, SS420, SS430.
Weaving Type: Plain weave.
Characteristics:
This wire structure is precision, uniform mesh, the mesh filtration accuracy is good, anti-wearing, high temperature resistant, acid resistant, corrosion-resistant properties.
Square aperture,high flow through and relative high open area,as result less pressure drop during filtration.
Meantime stainless steel square mesh also has the features of acid resistance , alkaline-resisting property, heat-resisting feature, wear-resistant and high temperature property.
Applications:
This kind of stainless steel wire mesh are widely used in acid, alkali screening and filtration under environmental conditions, the oil industry for the mud net, chemical fiber chemical industry for sieving, environmental protection, minerals, aviation, paper industry, electronics, metallurgy, electroplating industry for pickling and so on. Mainly used as Particle Filter, Shielding Mesh, Battery Mesh, Grinding Material Mesh, Quartz Sand Paper Material Selection, Sifting Powders, Laboratories and Filters, Strainers, Sifting and Mixing Chemicals, Sieves, EMI and RFI shielding, etc.
