Stainless Steel Twill Weave Wire Cloth
Twill Weave Wire Mesh:
Twill weave woven wire cloth is the basic components in the production of filters, colanders for oil, pharmacy, chemicals products. Each weft wire of the twill weave woven wire cloth passes over two and under two warp wires and each warp wire passes over and under two weft wires. The wire diameter for warp wire and weft wire is mostly the same.
300 mesh twill weave stainless steel wire mesh including 300 wires and openings of 1 inch. Using 0.04mm diameter wire, by twill weaving, woven 300 mesh opening for 0.044mm liquid or gas filter. This wire diameter and mesh with ratio reasonable, therefore weave structure is very strong. After 13 whole weaving process, so that the mesh surface flatness better.

304 stainless steel: Most common stainless alloy used in wire weaving. Excellent corrosion properties and can withstand temperatures of 1100 Degrees F.
304L stainless steel: Similar properties as 304ss but lower carbon content to permit better welding.
316 stainless steel: Similar properties to 304ss but is stabilized by the addition of Molybdenum for increased resistance to chemical corrosion.
316L stainless steel: Similar properties as 316ss but lower carbon content to permit better welding.
Weaving Type: Twill weave
Features:
Compared with plain weave, the twill weave woven wire cloth is better than that:
1) Square aperture, which has higher open areas.
2) The density of the twill woven wire cloth is bigger than the plain weave woven wire cloth.
3) The filter performance is more excellent than the plain weave.
4) The tensile is higher than the plain weave woven wire cloth.
5) It has better wear life than the plain weave woven wire cloth.
