Twill Dutch Weave Filter Cloth

Twill Dutch weave wire mesh is the combination of Dutch weave wire mesh and twill weave wire mesh. The weft wires passes alternately over and under two warp wire forming a finer mesh in the warp direction and the warp wires forms a coarser mesh in the warp direction in the same weaving. Twill dutch weave wire mesh is superior to the twill weave wire mesh because of the finer openings. It can support greater loads than the Dutch weave wire mesh.

 

325X2300 mesh twill dutch weave stainless steel wire mesh. Using 0.036X0.024mm diameter stainless steel wire, by twill dutch weaving, woven 325X2300 mesh opening for 4μm liquid or gas filter. This wire diameter and mesh with ratio reasonable, therefore weave structure is very strong. This specification of mesh is the smallest aperture we can produce.
