Wedge Wire Screen Flat Panels/Flat Wedge Screen Panels
Welded wedge wire screen panels can be constructed using rectangular support rods or round support rods. They are the most widely used type of wedge wire screens mainly in the mineral processing both for stationery as well as vibratory decks.
Wedge wire screen panels, also called wedge wire flat screens, wedge wire panels. Wedge wire is a welded steel structure, where the surface profiles are welded at each intersection at 90° angles onto support profiles. The distance between the surface profiles is controlled very accurately, as it forms the slot through which the filtrate flows. Mainly used for filtration, separation and retention media.
Materials: Stainless Steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L, etc.
Technical Parameter of Flat Wedge Screen:
Slot Size (S): The distance between each profile wire.
Profile Wire: Triangle wire is common type.
Support Rod: Triangle wire is common type. It can also be round rod, flat bar, wedge wire.

Applications:
Flat wedge wire screens are used in a wide range of architectural situations such as floor grates to cover water run off drains in places such as driveways, car parks, shopping centers or malls. It can also solve the problems of solid / liquid and solid / gas separation, filtration of oils, greases, paints, food products, water, fuels, liquid cooling agents, chemicals.
The flat wedge screens have the round type, square type, rectangular type. The detailed specification of profile wire and support rod can be supplied as special application.
