Product Description:
An drip stopper filter is a filter with highly hydrophilic porous PES disc membrane welded on the bottom of the drip chamber and hydrophobic PET membrane for air venting .The membrane's instant wetting ability active the PES membrane as an infusion flux filter once it contacts fluids. As the 5μm-15μm pore size range prevents air from being injected into patients. The PES membrane combine the air stop fuction with the filtrationfunction together perfectly. The drip chamber filters effectively filter out particles larger than capillaries in the liquid medicine ,make the infusion more safe, protect patients, and keep patients away from infusion pollution.
The drip chamber filter can automatically stop liquid, ensuring the safety of the infusion process.

Our Filter's Technical Parameters:
The drip bucket should be able to continuously observe the droplets. The liquid should enter the drip bucket through a dropper inserted into the drip bucket, and the distance from the end of the dropper to the outlet of the drip bucket should not be less than 40 mm or the distance between the dropper and the liquid filter should not be less than 20 mm. The distance between the drip bucket wall and the end of the dropper should not be less than 5mm. Under the conditions of (23土2) ℃ and a flow rate of (50 土10) drops/min, the dropper should drop 20 or 60 drops of distilled water to (1 ± 0.1) mL or (1 ± 0.1) g. The drip bucket should assist in the liquid filling process.
In addition, while ensuring a flow rate close to the 15μm pore size, we can also make a drip chamber filter with a 5μm pore size filter membrane to filter out large particles.
Applications:
1. Infant patients: blood vessels are thinner than adults, and their immunity is lower than adults. The adverse reactions caused by particulates and the harm caused to them are more serious
2. Chemotherapy patients; Clinical trials have proved that the use of precision filter to filter the chemotherapy liquid can basically alleviate or even relieve the occurrence of phlebitis
3. Infusion of traditional Chinese medicine. The use of precision filter infusion device can greatly alleviate the adverse reaction of infusion due to the drug liquid .
4.Critically ill patients, patients with cardio-cerebrovascular disease and various chronic diseases, elderly patients. These patients are usually accompanied by vascular sclerosis, thickening of the closure, and stenosis of the official cavity, which is more affected by particles than ordinary patients.
