The 5 Micron Injection Disc Filter is a medical device that is used to filter the medication that is being injected into the body. It is a small, disc-shaped filter that is placed between the syringe and the needle, and it helps to prevent fungal and particulate from entering the bloodstream. The 5 Micron Injection Disc Filter is designed to catch these large particles and contaminants before they can cause any harm.
This disc filter is made of low drug binding microfiltration membrane and medical grade ABS shell, and has standard male and female luer lock connections so it can be easily connected with syringe and needle, it is single-use convenient and cost-effective option for healthcare providers.
The injection disc filters are manufactured with our advanced automated assembly and ultrasonically welded, without any glues or solvents. Each and every bulk are tested by our auto-testing machines in our workshop in the middle of production and final-tested in our own laboratory before packaging and delivery to guarantee superior and consistent quality.
