Feature
1.The working principle of the PU glue injection machine is to melt the solid PUR hot melt adhesive into liquid through the heating element, and then transport it to the glue gun through the gear pump. When glue is needed, the switch or glue dispensing valve controls the spraying of the glue liquid. After glue application, the hot melt adhesive cools quickly to provide a certain initial strength. Later, it cross-links and solidifies through reaction with moisture to form a three-dimensional cross-linked network to obtain better final strength.
2.The application field of PU glue injection machine is very wide, including furniture manufacturing, automobile interior assembly, packaging printing and other industrial fields.
