1, General Description

This cutting to length production line consists of feeding device, unwinding, lead device, leveling machine (with traction measurement), shearing machine, transition frame, stacking device, hydraulic system, pneumatic system and electronic control system.

The steel coil is lifted by the crane to the discharge platform, and the loading truck transports the steel coil to the unwinding device, then starts the lifting cylinder, and uses the oil cylinder to lift the coil to the center of the unwinding machine spindle, and the unwinding machine moves the right and left cylinders, and the clamp Tight steel coils. Start the rotary motor of the rubber roller of the feeder, drive the steel coil to rotate, and make the coil head aligned with the unwinding scraper. Then the scraper mechanism swings the cylinder to make the scraper head abut the steel coil head, and the motor rotates to bring out the steelhead, then the head is pressed down by the pressing swing cylinder and sent to the leveler. After leveling, the encoder is automatically commanded by the encoder to shear the board and cut to the required length.

A Loading rack

1. Structure overview:

The uncoiler is a single-arm support type, which is used for arranging the coil plate and can carry 10t. The support can be moved longitudinally along the slide channel under the action of the hydraulic cylinder to adapt to different widths of the sheet material.

The device is composed of a pneumatic system, a rubber roller, a lead frame and the like. The coil is placed on the uncoiler, then the head is introduced into a pair of rubber rollers, and the coil is ground to a retractable table and sent directly to the screen. This process is convenient, fast and efficient.

The machine is divided by machine base, frame, upper beam, idler, work roll gap adjusting motor, reducer and gearbox, universal joint and so on. The drive motor adopts an AC motor speed control device. The work roll consists of five upper rollers and six lower rollers and a pair of opposed rollers. Each row has an additional row of rollers on the upper and lower sides. It is driven by a motor, a reducer, a transfer case, and a universal joint. , bearing lubrication.
