1. Cartridge type filter is adopted granular activated carbon to remove harmful gas and odor smell
2. Cartridge carbon filter is installed on a special frame. Several cartridges make up a filtration unit, then several filtration units make up filtration section;
3. Metal shell cartridge could be repeated use. Users could ask professional factory to change activated carbon( experienced ones could change themselves ), or regenerating activated carbon and repeat use. This kind design decreases users operation costs;
4.In order to extend cartridge filter use life and decrease operation cost, common activated carbon could be regenerated. Methods of regenerating include vapor fumigation and being under the blazing sun for quite long time.
5. Modified carbon: By special chemical treatment activated carbon, for chemical pollution, which is hard to adsorption by common carbon, modified carbon need to be used.
6. Using time of chemical cartridge filter is decided by volume of adsorption and adsorption ability of adsorption. For filtration unit of 16pcs cartridge carbon filter, as much as 6.0~10.0kg chemical pollution could be adsorption if packing common carbon 30.4kgs.
