Product Description

1. The touch screen should be equipped with a protective cover and the function of tag out and lock out;

2. When the equipment is in the maintenance mode, the equipment can't move, and any operation buttons of the equipment are not available during the maintenance process, so as to avoid the personnel operating the equipment during the maintenance process. This mode is similar to the function of equipment emergency stop, and you need to enter a password to exit the maintenance mode;

3. 1 - equipment operation requires three levels of authority; operator authority can modify some basic parameters;

2 - Engineer's authority to modify important parameters;

4. Winding diameter alarm stop function;

5. The equipment part realizes the function of belt break alarm and shutdown;

6. The vulnerable parts of the equipment (roll, cot, etc.) should have the function of life alarm; the winding and pressing roll can not.

7. For compressed air, the function of pressure sensing and low pressure alarm should be added;

8. Belt, gear, chain and other moving and dangerous parts need to have safety protection measures and standard safety warning signs;

9. The door of the equipment transmission cabinet shall be equipped with double door forbidding switch, which will open the door and give an alarm when the equipment stops in normal operation;

10. Grounding wires of all protective doors;

11. The emergency stop switch is in a conspicuous and easily accessible position;

12. The emergency stop switch shall be equipped with a protective ring to prevent injury caused by accidental touch;

13. Press the emergency stop switch to stop the equipment;
