Features:
3-layer CPP Sheet Co-extrusion Line is to make cast PP and PE sheet, developed from overseas same type production line with inline automatic thickness measurement and thickness control. Therefore the film is much better. The thickness tolerance may even control within 0.5 microns by theory and 1 micron may do. With a top quality 2- side corona treatment system and so insured to reach more than 40 dynes at linear speed of 150 m/min. With a turret winding station, including automatic cut- off and automatic splicing. Of course, traditional frictional winding station is available at request.

Key parts:
1. Main machine has 3 extruders with a ratio of length to diameter of 32:1. Extruder A: D100 mm. Extruder B: D65 mm. Extruder C: 65 mm Each with an auto loader and a double-filter exchanger.
