ZP-31D tablet press ,achine is a double press automatic rotation, can be equipped with force-feeding system for shape-pressing equipment, which have the function of press the grains material to be round or irregular shape tablets. Such as candy, calcium tablets double-sides with letter carved and etc., which widely suitable for the industries of pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, plastic electronic, powder metallurgy and so on.

1. Peripheral casing is closed form which is made of all stainless steel , internal mesa adopt stainless steel material, it can keep the surface glossy and prevent cross contamination and meet GMP requirement.
2. It is equipped with organic glass and visual window, visual tablet state, all of the side plate can turn on and clear up and maintenance is easy.
3. All controller and operating parts are rational layout.
4. It is equipped with variable frequency speed control device for electrical control, convenient operation, steady running, it is safe and accurate.
5. It is equipped with overload protection device, when pressure overload, it can stop automatically.
6. It is the mechanical and electrical integration, has touch key and screen display.
7. Being the leader in trying to use semi-automatic lubrication device and the top of rotary table is equipped organic glass dust prevention device.
8. Transmission system is sealed on the main tank below, is a safe separation of independent components, also has no cross pollution, and transmission of infiltration in the oil pool, easy to has heat output and also it is wearable.
9. It is equipped with powder absorbing device , can absorb indoor dust .
10. Wearing parts like orbit, feeder, hopper, drive worm, powder taking equipment and it has general structure with ZP33 type product, it is helpful for standardization, generalization and seriation.

Service 3

We will dispatch engineers to your site for machine installation and commissioning, and also do the training for your technicians.

Service 4

12 (twelve) months guarantee time. During this Warranty period, we will provide free spare parts that cause by the machine’s quality within 10 days by fast courier upon receipt of buyer’s notice. We will also provide one set of spare parts/wear & tear parts to customer along with the shipment of the machine.
